Shocking new surveillance video appears to show George Floyd in a violent struggle with Minneapolis police before his death.
Floyd can't be seen in the footage, but one cop can be seen leaning through the back door and visibly struggling with him.
The clip was posted by activist Shaun King, who wrote: 'BREAKING: Just got this new video. It’s all coming together. Police were in the car beating the sh** out of George Floyd. One stands watch, while the others attacked him.'
Later, white officer Derek Chauvin was captured on video by a bystander kneeling on Floyd's neck as he begged for air.
Floyd, 46, fell unconscious and died, and Chauvin, 44, has since been charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter, which are filed in cases of unintentional death.
Chauvin also was accused of ignoring another officer who expressed concerns about Floyd, a black man, as he lay handcuffed on the ground.

Some of them could be Chicomm trolls. Those guys are all over the place with their conflicting “masks are slavery” and “stay shut down, we’re all gonna dieeeee!” memes, for example.
I’m guessing the autopsy and the just-revealed struggle were the reason for the 3rd degree murder charge. Given that the cop had his knee on the side of the guy’s neck, using a disbanded technique, for over 10 minutes, it’s possible you could bump it up to Murder 2, but I still don’t know whether all the evidence ultimately justifies that one, either.
It's starting to look like Antifa was just waiting for a pretext to trigger nation-wide protests and riots. If George Floyd was still alive, they would have seized on another incident.

I've studied martial arts for over 40 years. We learn many techniques that have a goal of "compliance". When we hit that point, we can then back off ever so slightly but maintain the hold so that if the training partner tries to escape, we can immediately apply just a little pressure and they instantly become very "compliant" again. We can hold them that way for hours if needed, safely under our control.
I have no idea what this cop did or what his intentions were, but you'll never know by watching a video.
I hate bad cops as much as anyone, but right now this guy is an unknown based on my personal MA training.
Maybe the medical examiner can determine if loss of blood flow to the brain was the cause of death. I'll wait for the results before judging.

Back in the 70’s a good friend of mine owned a dive of a bar.I'd help him on Friday and Saturday nights when it got pretty busy. Back then the main thing that concerned us called “crank” on the street. I think it was some kind of really crappy speed. People on it were a handful.
