Keep in mind that this was a call in interview.

Most people go off audio cues to determine gender on a mass call in interview like that.

Virtually impossible to fix, unless Mr Levine's voice jumps an octave or two.

Radio people make this mistake a lot for various reasons. Sometimes they’ve been on-air for a long shift and get confused about who they’re talking with. Making a huge kerfluffle out of this is quite petty on Levine’s part.

That a 9 month old baby in her mother's womb is not a human being.

That the earth's climate has never changed and was always perfect until man arrived.

I believe that Marty Griffin’s statement was correct. If the PA Health Secretary disputes that comment, then sue him.

In the court case make Levine take a genetic test. That test will prove with 99.9% certainty that Levine is a male.

If I put on a Batman costume and demand everyone to call me Batman, does that make me Batman?

Griffin should stand the comments and should not have apologized.
