Jim Kerry ?
I can watch and enjoy “The Towering Inferno” even though O.J. Simpson is in it. Though that was 2 decades before he butchered his ex-wife and her acquaintance.
I enjoy [pretending] being a girl.
I flip when a fellow sends me flowers,
I drool over dresses made of lace,
I talk on the telephone for hours
With a pound and a half of cream upon my face!
I’m strictly a female female [cough]
And my future I hope will be
In the home of a brave and free male
Who’ll enjoy being a guy having a girl... like... me.
When men say I’m sweet as candy
As around in a dance we whirl,
It goes to my head like brandy,
I enjoy being a girl!
I have encountered a few of these males wanting to pass as females, and I have to say, they were seriously ugly. Their “partners” could only be pitied.
Rotflol!
Nevermind, I thought you were talking about Lurch.
Of course, he’s one of several nutjob virtue-signaling loons hoping their hate of GOP Presidents will get them work (that started with John Wilkes Booth). Especially since Carrey’s career has been on the rapid decline as a box office champ.
What’s a real shame is that guys like Eddie Murphy, who (to my knowledge) never touched politics, but he’s had a terrible time getting decent material or the popularity he had in the ‘80s.
I agree, I mean did he even touch the “kid” (who was at an adult party?)?
I never saw Baretta, Blake’s a good actor is he? He was acquitted. Robert Wagner kept getting work.
I still want to see that OJ “Frogmen” pilot.
Danson? Yes!
I say Wallace Shawn for the Fauc.
I’ve watched them, although it’s been a long time. I don’t think they run them much because O.J. is in it. He didn’t leave much of an impression on me as an actor, anyhow. Lew Alcindor did a far better job in “Airplane.”
I just really don’t care about the mating rituals of poofs. Hollyweird tells us all this stuff is great and fantastic and then turns around and condemns Spacey for DOING WHAT THEY DO. It’s a great big hypocritical joke.
Yes, Blake is a good actor. Want to see him in a really scary role ? Watch him in David Lynch’s “Lost Highway.” I was hoping Lynch would give him a part in the most recent “Twin Peaks” season.
As I said to Galactic, I don’t think O.J. was much of an actor. Very limited range. A lot of other Black actors out there should’ve been considered before him for parts that were far more talented.
I agree with Fieldmarshaldj that Hollyweird treating Spacey like he's radioactive is quite hypocritical. I bet they have DOZENS of high profile people working in the industry right now who have done the same thing Spacey did, except they haven't gotten caught. And some who have done WORSE or HAVE been caught doing it have been forgiven by their pals in the Hollywood elite (remember Roman Polanski won an Oscar in 2002). They threw Spacey under the bus and forever banned him from movies because he was expendable, period. I still want to see the "original" version of All The Money In The World with Spacey as J. Paul Getty, though the re-filmed version with Christopher Plummer was surprising good.
In any case, Hollywood's double standard has been blatantly obvious the way they CONSTANTLY want to make movies "exposing" sex abuse church scandals to bash Christian religious figures (even "highlighting" stuff that's old news and went away decades ago), but have ZERO interest in making any kind of "tell all" film like "The Harvey Weinstein story". I guarantee you if Weinstein was pastor of some famous church instead of a Hollyweird producer, they'd be about 3 "based on a true story" films and 2 documentaries out now about his crimes (all of which blamed Pope Benedict for it whether he had anything to do with the scandal or not), and they'd all be up for Oscars.
I love how Ricky Gervais torn the film industry a new one over that kind of stuff.
O.J. Simpson? Of course he has limited range, he was a professional athlete who only got into movies because of his football fame. I've only seen him in The Naked Gun movies and Capricorn One. I never understood why he was considered such a "great" football player anyway, apparently he set records in college, but his NFL career went nowhere as I recall.
Fun trivia fact: O.J. was considered for the title role in The Terminator, but Cameron decided he was too much of a "nice guy" to be believable as a cold blood killer, so Arnold was cast instead.
I always bring up O.J. (ACQUITTED of murder) when the Lincoln haters on here use their "the winners write the history books" bullshit argument. Hell, the Trail of Tears is from about the same time period in history as the Civil War, and I'm pretty sure the people who "won" the effort to remove all the Indians haven't gotten off lightly by history, either.
Anyway, getting off topic here...
Don’t know Jim’s politics. But I admire the way he turns his mental illnesses and those of his father into comic gold. Has he made any movies lately? Eddie Murphy, I think, is more into being a family man and happy, than show biz. They’re all leftards. It’s a show biz thing. But all I care about is are they good at what they do, so long as they are not moral degenerates like Roman Polansky and his ilk.
He used to keep any political beliefs buried. When his career hit the skids, especially in the 2010s, he decided to go full-on Communist lunatic and attacked Trump.
I find I cannot much stand watching anything by actors who go out of their way to trash the President in such extreme ways.
The quality of the Hollywood product declined immensely when they decided only one ideology need apply (the wrong one) and shut out countless talented individuals as a result that didn’t adhere to the Satanic, degenerate hive mindset. Used to be a time there was substantial Republican influence in Hollywood (Louis B. Mayer, for example, was the Chairman of the CA Republican Party). But they’ve employed an ever-increasing Blacklist since the 1950s to retaliate against those who exposed the anti-American subversives, and anyone right of the far-ultra-left has been targeted. Even liberal Republicans aren’t spared.
Yeah, but Jim Kerry is funny, Barbara Streisand sings good, and neither of them have raped a little girl./^0^ (supposed to be a shrug). Truth is, I don’t have much time to watch anything. I enjoyed Breaking Bad and its spinoff Better Call Saul. Everything seems to be about criminals lately.
Not very much interested in watching shows about dealing drugs. I have family in Albuquerque, so that’s not exactly presenting the place in the best light. The “star” of the show is also notoriously ultraleft, and especially now since he recently portrayed one of the most odious pro-Soviet propagandists to come out of Hollyweird, Dalton Trumbo.
Yes, you’re right about so much being about criminals these days. Drug dealers or fake “super heroes” and all this other bullcrap. They don’t know how to write anything else but this nonsense. Heaven forfend doing something that would skewer the left, because there is an infinite amount of that to make fun of. Hollyweird Nazis brook no dissent.

What’s needed is for a conservative icon to open up a studio, and not on the Left Coast, either. In the heartland or in Texas.
