This makes sense to me, sets the table for when other indictments arrests rain down on the other side.
No one will be able to claim it's a partisan witch hunt when the arrests led off with Senator Burr, Republican from NC.

But it doesn’t make any sense. McGee at NCIS can easily get a listing of all cell phone data with out the actual phone. It would seem the FBI knows all about all the calls without the actual phone.
