MUST SEE VIDEO: Idaho Protesters Rally at the Home of Police Officer Who Arrested Woman for Taking Kids to Playground
Big League Politics ^ | 23 April 20 | Shane Trejo

A group of protesters showed up at a law enforcement officer’s home on Tuesday evening shortly after a woman was hauled off in handcuffs and arrested for taking her children to a playground.

Two uniformed law enforcement officials can be seen outside of the home and interacting with protesters who are outraged with the lockdown tyranny that has arisen as a result of the coronavirus panic. The home belongs to one of the officers responsible for carrying out the brazenly tyrannical order.

“They need to know this is not okay,” one concerned citizen told police.

“We the people are not okay with this at all,” another woman stated definitively.

‘They need to do it at the police dept., not the individual’s home.’

though it is not analogous to the Carlson event, the mesage needs to be directed to the police as a whole unit, not to the individual officers; agreed, should have taken place at the municipal offices...

What will the Police do when nobody in the Town will talk to them, do business with them, sell them anything and Shun them from Society altogether??

They will continue doing whatever their paymaster tells them to do.

I say BS! These DIRTY cops need to see that they are just as vulnerable to harassment (peaceful protest) as they are inflicting on peaceful citizens. Funny how it took 2-4 Dirty Cops to come to the rescue of another Dirty Cop. And yes, peacefully protest at police station too. Not all cops are dirty. Unfortunately the good ones too often LOOK THE OTHER WAY!

I’ve always been supportive of LE, but I’m seeing LE, both state and local, do things and behave in ways that I have never seen before in my life. And I ain’t a kid.

This isn’t just appalling. It’s terrifying.

And when that behavior is ordered by or condoned by state and/or local government, I have only one question: Where the hell are the Feds?!

Sometimes cops use adolescent reasoning

“If you went to city hall, broke down the doors..”

Uhm, I know you are trying to engage in reason but, that is idiocy.

The local cops can’t be touched and they know it.

Their jobs are a lot more important to them than your rights and liberties are.

I know some LEO and they are very conflicted, because they know they’re doing the wrong thing by obeying those orders. So far nobody that I know has had to do anything seriously wrong. But the orders come from the top, and as usual...”I was just following orders.”

Go after the Sheriff or whoever controls your local police force, because I can guarantee that a lot of the cops don’t like it but are too scared (okay, there’s a few who are power mad) to oppose it. One sheriff in one county I know told the deputies just to ignore it because most orders from the higher-ups were unconstitutional and he didn’t want to put up with the lawsuits afterwards.

Didn't think Idaho was going to put up with tyranny.

It's a state people move to, to get away from government gone wild.

I’ve always been supportive of LE

The Police Broke my Rose Colored glasses about 30 years ago and I have seen them clearly for who they are ever since.

In the End, they will ALL "Just Follow Orders" regardless of the righteousness or Reality.

Good. Make them feel it personally.

There will be many long-lasting personal repercussions from this. That is to be expected when lives are literally being ruined. A lot of the Karens will end up like shaved head collaborators in Paris after the war. And it won't be safe for Anthony Fauci to go anyplace in this country beyond Chevy Chase or Dulles Airport.

In the interest of full disclosure, I can say that our involvement with LE has been a mixed bag. I’ve seen the very best to the very bad.

And up until now, I’ve always supported and valued LE in general.

Not anymore.

And I want to know, Pres. Trump, where the hell is the DOJ? The DOJ making it clear to people who know better what is acceptable and what is not. And what will happen to members of LE violating the constitutional rights of fellow Americans, and to anyone ordering those personnel to do it.

It is America, and peaceful protest is a good reminder for all. Law enforcement included. “And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.” ― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn , The Gulag Archipelago 1918–1956

The next time you or a family member are pulled over for some minor infraction note the kinds of personal questions you are likely to be “asked”. Where are you going? where are you coming from? How come you’re not taking a direct route to your destination? I think we all know the what consequences of not cooperating with them will be.

I bet the family members of police officers are not asked any such questions.

“ They need to do it at the police dept., not the individual’s home. Remember how outraged we were when protesters showed up at the homes of Tucker Carlson and several Republican politicians....”.

I strongly disagree and consider this very good news that the people are putting the blame on the individual officers. Unlike Tucker Carlson who is a private citizen these officers took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. They are violating that oath and are thus PERSONALLY responsible for this unlawful act. If they protested in front of the police station then you immunize individual officers from wrongdoing and accept the excuse “they were just following orders”. Police officers are personally responsible for acting in accordance of their oath and and duty bound to ignore orders which are unconstitutional. They have discretion and they are duty bound to use it.

As a victim of ‘swatting’; I am tickled pink to see the tables turned on the cops for once...of course, the protesters didn’t draw guns or enter the cop’s home; so he got off light.
