The White Houses Office of Management and Budget (OMB) may redirect funds from the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) to charitable groups such as Samaritans Purse and the Red Cross, the New York Post reported Thursday.
On Tuesday, President Donald Trump ordered a 60-day hold on U.S. funding to the W.H.O., asserting the organization failed to vet information about the novel coronavirus coming out of China, and ultimately covered up the seriousness of its effects because of its friendly relationship with that nation.

2. Samaritans Purse? Maybe
3. RedCross? Definite NO
Adding in the Red Cross is a head fake. The screeching leftists will look befuddled/ The funds for Red Cross will be held ‘pending review’. That’s my take/
I was worried he’d redirect it to the Wall.
/S
The way I see it that feller from the UN had a FU attitude to Trump until Trump mentioned cutting the money off.
It doesn’t seem like that would be legal. Congress appropriates the money for the WHO and the President can withhold it under some foreign policy provision, that’s fine. But redirecting the money? Doesn’t sound right.
Oh, a twofer! Liberals foaming at the denial of funds to that lefty group of grifters AND their sheer hysteria of sending funds to Samaritan’s Purse.
Ms. Nancy not gonna like that....
The administration can give funds to these organization. They can’t redirect the money allocated to the WHO because that was approved by Congress. The money will have to come from elsewhere in the budget.
Send the money first. Then watch for exploding heads.
Agree No Red Cross. Salvation Army yes
To really blow the tops of the media donate money to each of the largest pro life organizations on the 50 states. Uh
President Donald Trump is my kind of President!
He isnt afraid to do the right thing ... no leaning left ..
he doesnt owe favours to anyone and has enough money to worry them.
The loonie left will go ballistic if money goes to Samaritans Purse.
Salvation Army is one of my favorites.
Convoy of Hope is lesser known, but they are working hard. Also faith-based.
(Agree with you about "No" to the Red Cross. Their history is way too sketchy.)
WHO Board Member and Advisor to Italian Government Retweets Michael Moore Video Endorsing Violence Against President Trump

Wait a darn minute.
If he does that, how are the politicians going to get their kick-backs?
How about Pregnancy Resource Centers where mothers are helped and not subjected to an abortion?
Since this WHO thing blew up I was thinking as an alternative that the United States and its best allies form a competing group, alternative group that is mostly governed by professionals unlike the WHO and its communist Chinese puppets
Ditto!
Flip 1 and 2 and ya got a bump.
