New York City hosted a Chinese New Year celebration. The mayor encouraged the citizens to attend the event. New Orleans hosted Madri Gras and enjoyed the presence of 1.5 million visitors. Some had the CCPvirus. You reap what you sow.

Renaming stuff is clever, yes.
The Epoch Times has called it the Chinese Communist Party pandemic since the beginning.
And they’re right.
FYI, what the media is not reporting is that a significant and disproportionate chunk of the Covid deaths, are African Americans. That is why the areas like Queens, Detroit, New Orleans, Albany GA, etc with substantial numbers of deaths are happening. Blacks are far more likely to be unhealthy, especially in urban areas. This fact is undoubtedly being hid from the American population out of fear that white America would lose sympathy.

I’ll bet Westchester and Rockland Counties have some of the lowest per-capita populations of Asians in the NYC metro area.
NJ is the second highest deaths. The subway explains it.
Not so sure...if there is one thing the media like more the TDS that is identity politics. Especially AA. If they could combine the two into one attack then I think they would.
Democrat mayors in NYC & NOLA ignored a President they personally do not like.

Westchester has a significant Black population. Rockland not so much. Westchester, contrary to belief has cities, five of them. Rockland has a very sizeable Hasidic Jewish population. See Dr. Zelenko. Hasidics in Bklyn, Rockland, some areas of Fla have not been cooperating at all with the sicial distance guidelines.
The infection rate in NYC suburbs is so high because of the mass transit system that liberals keep wanting every other city to spend billions of dollars to emulate. There is no more efficient means of spreading any airborne communicable disease than by packing most of the population into subways or light rail trains two times every day.
Just wait. The Democrats are sending letters to Trump demanding a racial breakdown of Covid cases. I have read a couple of articles in left leaning rags that blacks are way over represented with Covid deaths. In Milwaukee County blacks make up 25% of the population but are 81% of deaths. Similar pattern in Detroit and Louisiana. The media is hiding this information, because if America knew the truth that this virus is predominantly killing urban blacks with lots of medical issues and the extremely sick, the suburban moms would no longer have their panties in a bunch.

I guess it has nothing to do with the fact that NYC has the highest concentration of illegal aliens in the country with a Mayor and Governor that believe in wide open borders and sanctuary cities. Hell they’ll even give you a drivers license so you can zoom around and spread that virus faster on orders of the Supreme commie Emperor Xi
