The New Jersey health care worker who was the state’s first coronavirus case says “nobody knows” when he’ll fully recover from the bug — and is struggling with weeks of isolation from his wife and little girl. “I don’t know what’s exactly going on with me,” James Cai, 32, told The Post via text message. Cai — who was initially hit with diarrhea, chest pains and a fever despite having no underlying medical conditions — remained in isolation Tuesday at Hackensack University Medical Center, where he’s been since March 2.

The guy's an Asian health care worker who lives in New Jersey and works in New York City. By that measure, I'd say he's got at least two major risk factors and has been regularly using at least two different mass transit systems that are basically open sewers when it comes to the transmission of pathogens.
