One thing I might quibble with is the people eventually got off the ship, thereby freezing the infection rate. But that may serve as a surrogate for the measures that are and will likely continue to be done, like social distancing, more scrupulous hygiene, etc.

Consider also that Italy and China have almost double the rate of smokers as the US and China in particular has significantly more air pollution than the US. This would suggest the citizens of both countries are at a higher risk of respiratory issues.
Who will benefit politically when the panic turns to anger as more and more people realize this is a serious issue but not nearly to the level that it has been represented by the media and their political lackey’s?

As usual NO MEDIAVOMITS will be held accountable! Millions might be without jobs after the hysteria dies.. ALL because the mediaVOMITS hated the president so much that no cost was spared!! We are the beneficiaries of their EFFIN hoax!!
