Starbucks Corp has moved to a “to go” model in all its company-owned stores in the United States and Canada for at least two weeks to facilitate social distancing among customers amid the spread of coronavirus, the coffee chain said on Sunday.
As part of the move, Starbucks said it would also stop using seating both at its cafe and patio areas and temporarily close stores in communities with high numbers of coronavirus cases as well as malls and university campuses.
“The situation with COVID-19 is extremely dynamic and we will continue to review the facts and science and make the proactive decisions necessary,” said Rossann Williams, president of U.S. company-operated and Canada businesses
The company had earlier stopped accepting reusable cups and thermos flasks from customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa after announcing a similar policy in the United States.

my brother said his friend has a restaurant and this is their business model for now called “Takeaway” (the European phrase for pick up or to go) they offer their regular menu but also have a blue plate special that is different every day so there is variety they offer a family package for 4 you call in, order and pick it up one hour later.
Out of an "abundance of caution" we are throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
I'm afraid we have let the deep state and it's media sycophants literally destroy our countries economy for what could be decades. Yes I said it. If we keep closing stuff for no legitimate reasons our kids are still going to be paying for what in a nutshell amounts to a fake crisis.

Oh God here we go, the new catch phrase “Social distancing” Yaaah man, “Social distancing” is now in vogue! “Yo man, watch your distance dude, you are in my social space, don’t stress me or I will have to retreat to my safe space, oh I can feel the sickness coming on already man, where is my hand sanitizer? These microaggressions are fatal man, Oh yeah man this is all Trumps fault man!”
Will the homeless still be allowed to use their bathrooms to shoot up?
