The Lafayette Police Department and the Boulder County District Attorney’s office are asking the public for help in locating Francisco Barraza-Porras
.
.
.
Barraza-Porras, who was last known to be living in Lafayette, Colorado, was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with multiple counts of sexual assault on a child. Instead of keeping him in custody or handing him over to ICE, local law enforcement released him back into the public with an order to appear to appear before court on March 2.

However, Barraza-Porras never showed up to his court date, and law enforcement doesn’t know where he is.

Charge authorities with criminal conspiracy. They are willful accomplices.

No law enforcement with a spine to do WHAT IS RIGHT. This new age thinking is worse than the Coronavirus.
New age policies are eradicating the human spine.

All the “authorities” playing this game should be held as accessories for every crime committed by those they release as part of their games.

They are every bit as guilty as the get-away driver in a bank robbery or liqueur store holdup.

I agree, they ought to be charged with Federal crimes. Start convicting a few of these recalcitrants and watch how fast they start changing their tune.

Exactly

Accountability for everything ANY released felon does; let the authorities face life in jail, or the death sentence for their actions.

Otherwise, this will never stop

****

If the unions to which these “authorities” belonged weren’t fully on-board with what they were doing, the “authorities” wouldn’t be doing it.

Pissing off the union bosses is not how these scumbags stay employed.
