All the “authorities” playing this game should be held as accessories for every crime committed by those they release as part of their games.
They are every bit as guilty as the get-away driver in a bank robbery or liqueur store holdup.
I agree, they ought to be charged with Federal crimes. Start convicting a few of these recalcitrants and watch how fast they start changing their tune.
