The man who opened fire at the Molson Coors plant Wednesday, killing five co-workers and himself, had been involved in a long-running dispute with a co-worker that boiled over, according to law enforcement and brewery sources who spoke to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Anthony N. Ferrill, 51, had worked as an electrician for more than 20 years, about 17 of them at Molson Coors, according to multiple sources and online employment records.
A co-worker who asked not to be identified for fear of being disciplined said Ferrill believed he was being discriminated against because he was African American and that he frequently argued with at least one of the victims, a fellow electrician.
The co-worker said Ferrill often watched movies on his phone during the day, which the other electrician took issue with, and that the two accused each other of going into each others' offices and stealing tools or tampering with computer equipment.

Big Media usually likes to cite mental health and call it random, but the shooter didn’t fit that reporting profile, so the loose ends are tied up super quick for us.
Some piece from yesterday, had a description from co-workers...would all be indicators of paranoid schizophrenia. Normally....union electrician would ‘never’ be let go or fired, so there had to be some serious issues going on and they weren’t expecting him to react this way.

If I ever caught an employee watching movies instead of doing work, they wouldn’t have a job too much longer and I don’t care what skin color you are.

Interestingly, the TIMING on this was perfect, but domestic enemy shooter grooming does seem to have been shut down lately.
This was an ugly event for a Big Media narrative. If organized, it was done poorly.
The guy was a Black Racist and absolutely NO ONE in the media will report that (because officially they all say those don’t exist).

I have extremely racist black acquaintances in my social life.
I showed up on time a couple years ago to a picnic at which I was THE minority, and was cheerfully told, “You’re on CPT now”. I was surprised enough not to respond quickly, and was provided with the definition.
Most arrived a couple hours later. Another Caucasian eventually showed up.
The “N” word was also in abundance.
