Reminds me of a few arrogant jerks managers. I went through a few series of tech college classes.
I have also seen people like him in the private sector, but never in college.
In college folks that slimy are in hiding so they don’t get punched out every day.

He is “Mr. Smarmy”, better than thou even though he is a failure as a mayor of Bendover, Indiana. His father was a Marxist and Pete is a Marxist-lite despite his protestations. Basically he can’t run a cesspool successfully.
