Remember when Obama folks raided AP offices and their phone records for a 2 month period back in 2013? They were outraged. But they continued loving Obama and his wing man.
Oh and James Wolfe, Senate Intelligence aid, leaked info to a journalist he was having an affair with in 2018. He got 2 months in jail. He lied repeatedly to the FBI about his contacts with 3 journalists. He was facing up to 5 years in prison. Prosecutors wanted 2 years but the Judge gave him 2 months.
So, how come Vindman doesn’t face the same?
Bolton’s book supposedly contained TS/SCI info. And Vindman leaked it.
Certainly no 7-9, but since it doesn’t involve Dem candidate malfeasance it’ll probably be substantial.
