He lied repeatedly to the FBI about his contacts with 3 journalists. He was facing up to 5 years in prison. Prosecutors wanted 2 years but the Judge gave him 2 months.
If you ask me, the journalists and their employers should be prosecuted for knowingly accepting stolen property.
