Except that her voting record is actually "moderate" only by Democrat standards. ...
Her "Trump score" (538.com) is a 26.6, putting her in the middle of the Democrat Senator pack. Manchin (WV) and Sinema (AZ) are both at 53... 14 more Dems are over 28. At the other end of the spectrum, nine Dems are between 11 and 20. Eighteen more are between 20 and 25.

I know she’s not really a moderate, but her Midwestern demeanor can fool people. She avoids the crazy proposals that Sanders and Warren are known for.
Her dad was a serious alcoholic. Anyone remember the blow up at the Kavanaugh hearing when he had to apologize to her? She may well be a recovering alcoholic.
This shift worker agrees. When I finish up later this morning, I’m having a beer.

She coasted in on her Dad's name recognition.
I saw her speaking at a political event once; all kinds of platitudes, based on "we are all Minnesotans, isn't that great?"
They are trying to sell her as a new Rosie O’Donnell, “The Queen of Nice” who wasn’t. The Klobuchar staffer complaints are gone from the news cycle but they are likely to come back now that she is getting coverage.
Nothing wrong with being a raging alcoholic. However for President I’ll take the clearheaded non drinker non pot smoking guy. Some decisions, as President, may take a clear head.
If they ever do make a movie about this election cycle, I sure do hope they call it “ClownWorld”!

What’s the big deal? Drinking a beer at 0600 is a little odd, a normal person is drinking Amaretto or Baileys or Kahlua or whisky in their coffee.
But it’s a staged thing with a reporter, so whatever.
