Republican Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst on Saturday reacted to the White House counsel’s defense against impeaching President Donald Trump, saying they “shredded” the House managers’ case in just two hours.
“Within two hours I thought that the White House Counsel and their team entirely shredded the case that has been presented by the house managers,” Ernst said to reporters on Capitol Hill after listening to Trump’s lawyers.

I was absolutly fascinated with Philbin as he delivered his speech. His tone was so measured if you’re like the Dems that need the emotional drama you’d miss the importance of what he was stating....well worth a replay....it’s on you tube.

When Collins McCouski and now Ernst spoke up it was clear the Dems are done for with NO hope. Romney should make a statement but is too stupid.
What happens is whenever someone doesn’t agree with Trump 100% of the time, they get branded in the worst possible way. There is no hope of escape and it will follow them the rest of their lives. It is based on pure emotion.
Yes the no vote in the House was huge.
I remember back when they started this there was discussion (I believe Levin) that this was not an authorized impeachment hearing without the House voting on it.
San Fran Nan could not just hold a press conference and wave her bony fingers around and make it so.
Since this is not an authorized impeachment, can it just be tossed out? Since the House is basically a grand jury and if a grand jury does not stick to protocol, all cases they send out can be shit canned.
Big mistake and PDJT’s team capitalized on it.

They shredded to whole process and clarified the malfeasance of Schiff/Nadler/Pelosi - the Dem managers had to be in agony having to sit there as they were stripped naked before everyone.
If you know about that ballot harvesting scheme, you can bet that Parscale knows about it too.
