Actually, the records of temperature and CO2 over the past 650,000 years indicate that Earth's temperature always rises first, followed by a rise in Carbon Dioxide. Published papers, clearly show it is always temperature which rises first by at least several hundred years and then the carbon dioxide responds.

The real science deniers are the ones demanding obedience to false science.
CO2 is beneficial, not harmful.
Rising CO2 is causing arid areas to green up.
Crop yields are increasing.

Also ever since the demise of Apollo NASA has looked for something “sexy” to do. Flying a low earth orbital space-truck like the shuttle wasn’t cutting it. So it latched on to environmental cultism to give it something to do.

Rising BS causes climate change!
When the volcano blows in The Philippines the weather will cool. Might be a good time to buy soy futures.
1. The Sun's radiation output based on the sunspot cycle. The more sunspots, the higher the Earth's temperature.
2. The level of the shielding effect based on volcanic ash output.
The latter is of interest as I type this due to the eruption of the Taal volcano in the Philippines. It appears that this could turn into a MAJOR eruption that has the potential to equal Mount Pinatubo's eruption in 1991. If that happens, we could have climatic effects on Earth lasting a decade.
“Scientists” want to be recognized within their field. Saying something ‘extreme’ gets them recognized and published...
“Journalists” want something BIG to report on so they’ll be recognized... and promoted.
Politicians want something scary to use as an excuse to control people and increase their power and status...
Insecure wealthy ‘elites’ want something that defines their men as being more protective and able to offer more security... And a belief system that makes it ‘wrong’ to question them...
Common everyday people have had it up to here (waving hand above head) with all this stupid crap. And we don’t want our children scared in schools by fools who buy into this crap every few years.
During the day the Sun bathes Earth in light, energy and heat. That is somewhat attenuated by cloud cover. At night, Earth radiates most of the heat of the day out into space. That is greatly reduced if there is a heavy cloud cover. Net result: stable temperatures.
The Sun is responsible for the vast majority of the heat on the Earth’s surface.
Man’s actions are responsible for a tiny portion of the heat on the Earth’s surface.
Water vapor is the major greenhouse gas.
The left wants to return industrialized countries to the dark ages, after taking all their money and giving it to backward, basket-case, unproductive countries.
CO2 is harmful they tell us. We must switch to plant based diets to save our fragile planet they tell us. Plants and trees need CO2 to survive. Not enough CO2? Guess we’ll have to stick with meat and dairy.

258 sunspots in March 1958, highest recorded. NASA was freaking out about Carington events. Inter cycle minimum was 5 sunspots.
Now we have months of zero sunspot activity, longer cycles. The climate alarmists are in for a huge surprise.
