It started with the DC-industrial complex deciding they didn’t have to enforce laws they didn’t like.
They’re going to miss the rule-of-law when they have succeeded in killing it completely.

It’s past time for the SCOTUS to accept a case that challenges the states implementation of their own UNCONSTITUTIONAL anti Second Amendment laws! IMO, the Constitution should apply EQUALLY in ALL states.

The state right now is a toss-up...and that is HUGE when it comes to Trump’s re-election.

For years the democrats have been telling everyone they won’t take their guns. They say that is just a fear tactic used by the evil NRA. Now the democrats are doingit.

So many Dems now believe their own decisions on which laws to obey and which to defy are guaranteed by the Dems and courts. But others apparently should obey laws?
Criminals like Kate Steinle's killer and others now hide under the protective shadows of a sanctuary city to commit crimes again. But someone trying to affirm an existing 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution is supposed to give up? Why?
When we responsible adults learned American history and why the Constitution guaranteed certain God given rights, we learned that not all things would go our way. A person we don't agree with or even like would be extended rights and protection. As, passing out leaflets in the park for a group against our cause. Or making a speech at the auditorium against our favorite candidate. America.
Now the under 50 crowd (not all) say "free speech should not be allowed for hate speech" and "speakers who support racist hateful Trump types should not be allowed to speak." They will choose which laws they like and obey them.
All the times we had to grit our teeth and allow someone to desecrate a Christian religious item as an artist expressing himself or ignore a punk burning an American flag in America as a form of speech.----and now we are prevented from expressing patriotism for America and upholding the Constitution?
