Officials are still working an active crime scene, Ramapo Police Chief Brad Weidel said in a news conference.
He said a suspect, described as a tall black man, was apprehended by police.
I await further news on the perpetrator.Was it a lone crazy jihadi or was it the fascist Black Hebrew Israelites?

The 30% figure may be true for Rockland County but for the town of Monsey itself the % is very much higher and I imagine much more than a simple majority.

Saturday's stabbing is the 13th act of anti-Semitism in the state in the last three weeks, Cuomo told reporters. That's in addition to other hateful incidents targeting the black, Latino and LGBT communities, he said.
