New Jersey’s Attorney General Gurbir Grewal is suing to Florida gun dealers over their refusal to turn over sales records to his office. Grewal wants to know if the firms sold any magazines banned in the state of New Jersey to residents, after investigators with Grewal’s office were able to purchase several banned magazines in an undercover sting operation.
After the two companies received a seize and desist letter ordering them to stop selling magazines to New Jersey residents, Grewal says his investigators haven’t been able to successfully purchase any of the banned magazines. That’s not enough. As NJ.com reports, the Attorney General is very interested in finding out who in New Jersey might be in possession of these magazines.

The problem in this NJ predates this idiot; our police used to intercept a lot of guns coming up 95 from southern states, but were told to stand down because too many blacks and browns were being locked up. The police obliged, and gun crime shot up in NJ’s urban toilets. Their own police departments, which they could barely afford and were filled with affirmative action tokens, couldn’t make a dent in the gun crime - so they blame the southern states.
Meanwhile Camden and Newark continue their gun violence un fettered. What a joke
Florida merchants can ignore orders from Jersey law enforcement. This is just Jersey PR by the Jersey jerk who is running for his next office.

There is an opportunity here for sellers.
Why not make it company policy that all customer records relating to a sale are destroyed once the buyer has confirmed delivery and satisfaction with same?
With computers these days such a system would be easy to maintain. For myself, if I am buying anything firearm related that doesn’t require a background check, I buy local and pay cash. Solves this issue fairly well.
