New Jersey AG Sues Florida Gun Dealers Over Refusal To Hand Over Sales Records

New Jersey’s Attorney General Gurbir Grewal is suing to Florida gun dealers over their refusal to turn over sales records to his office. Grewal wants to know if the firms sold any magazines banned in the state of New Jersey to residents, after investigators with Grewal’s office were able to purchase several banned magazines in an undercover sting operation.

After the two companies received a seize and desist letter ordering them to stop selling magazines to New Jersey residents, Grewal says his investigators haven’t been able to successfully purchase any of the banned magazines. That’s not enough. As NJ.com reports, the Attorney General is very interested in finding out who in New Jersey might be in possession of these magazines.

ANYONE who thinks the Left isn’t serious about gun-grabbing simply has NO BUSINESS being here. And, given that, anyone who ENABLES the Left, by sitting out November elections, DESERVES just the punishment that the Left imposes on us.

In Florida you don’t have to do anything except pay for them.

You can also order by mail and I have done so many times.

I have bought magazines at gun shows. No background checks required for them. Tell this idiot to go to hell.

So, the State of New Jersey thinks it can make laws for the State of Florida and enforce them there.

This is like the Euroweenie Union that thought it could mandate privacy laws on the Internet and enforce them here. They got bitch slapped...and so will New Jersey.

” Grewal wants to know if the firms sold any magazines banned in the state of New Jersey...”

Total BS. This crook wants the records - DROS’s presumably - so that he can build a register of legal gun owners. By reviewing all of the sales records, ostensibly to find illegal sales of mags, he’ll have access to names, personal ID info, addresses and more.

Nothing any dem does in the interest of “gun safety” or “checking for illegal sales” is free of the left’s corrupt war on law abiding Americans.
