Every group has people who marry or are adopted into it.

And yes, they don't get that protection because they are not considered a "race" here in the US.

In other countries it is different and they are considered a separate group. The Saami, the Scots, the Slavs, the Basque, the Greeks and so forth are all considered different races in Europe and receive various special protections.

We think about races or breeds of people differently here. We generally think, "White, Black, Asian, American Indian". But inside those four general categories are a whole bunch of different groups.

But Trump manners are New Yorker manners. I grew up there

The Italians and Swedish are different races. Just being from the same general geographical location does not make you of the same race.

Sigh. No, they are different ethnicities and nationalities, but they are both caucasians, the racial characteristic. SHEESH! The vast majority of European natives are of the Caucasian race.

Anthropologists say that human races can be classified into Caucasoid, Mongoloid, Negroid, and Australoid. It should be remembered here that no classification of human races has been considered as universally valid. In the words of Lord Raglan, “The division of mankind into races, it must be made perfectly clear, is purely arbitrary,”

• Caucasoid is further divided into sub-races of Nordic, Alpine, Mediterranean, and Western Hindi.

• Mongoloid is further divided into sub-races of Mongolian, Malenisian, Polynesian, American Indian.

• Negroid is further divided into sub-races of Negro, Negro Malenisian, Far Easterb Pygmy Black, Hotentot, and Bushman.

• Australoid are found in Australia and the Islands of New Zealand and are not divided into sub-races.

An expert dentist and implantologist I’ve worked with is convinced there may be two more racial group, or possible sub-races, based on dentition and bone structure he’s observed in multiple patients over a lifetime of doing dentistry. The first of these are people of Celtic Irish decent with red hair, who seem to have consistently very hard bones, a very high pain threshold, and often have a different skull structure than other Caucasoid racial groups. The second group is that group of mobile people often referred to as “The Romany” or “Gypsies” who also seem to have different tooth structures and bone structures, and a distinct gender dimorphism not seen in other racial groups.

He’s spoken of this to me many times and stated he’d like to see more research on the subject. He’s stated that working on the teeth of both of these groups is much more difficult than other racial groups, and that he always has to allocate more time than normal for even routine dental procedures. Other dentists in our office have validated his observations. Pulling a tooth from the mandible of either of these groups is extremely difficult, and root-canals can be much more problematic as they frequently find extra roots on the teeth of individuals in these groups. He has also mentioned they, as a group, seem to be less susceptible to the pain of the procedures, requiring less use of local anesthesia. All of these odd differences leads him to think they may be representatives of unrecognized races, or possible sub-races.
