Trump has manners. The thing is he shows no respect towards those who deserve none and that drives the left nuts.

Actually manners are VERY important and our Founders talked about the importance of good manners all the time.
As our Founders and observers believed, America must be good to be great. When America ceases to be good, it will cease to be great.

Something I wish President Trump would do.
During the Obama years when the US met with the UK government and even the queen, Obama gave downright insulting gifts, despite the UK government giving valuable, unique, artistic and historical gifts to him.
When next President Trump meets Boris Johnson, I hope he presents “Free Britain” with something amazing, with the finest materials and workmanship we have.
Let me sum up my feelings regarding what I said and your response.
If I were mortally ill and needed the services of a surgeon in order to survive I would seek out the worlds best in the specialty I required. It would not matter to me if the Dr was rude, opinionated, cantankerous, picked his nose and farted incessantly. If he was indeed the worlds best then he is the one I want to do what is necessary to save my life.
I am no youngster by any stretch of the imagination but for the longest time I have believed that a person in a serious leadership position (such as our president) must first and foremost be capable (experienced) and as important be forceful and determined, not to mention fearless in the face of the partisanship he will face.
On the presidents shoulders lays a heavy burden, that of protecting the citizens of this Country as well as seeing to their future to the best of his abilities. It is not enough to be smart and experienced in the ways of business, they need to be a fighter. If these qualities can be found in a person who is also diplomatic, soft spoken and so forth then fine I’m all for it.
Have you ever seen anyone with the ability to be a truly effective leader who exhibited any of the qualities you would like to see in the presidency? Neither have I.
Patton, McArthur are but 2 examples of great leaders who where anything but “nice guys” but they did the job.
I have been around for the presidents beginning with Eisenhower and we have never had one with the fearless determination and leadership qualities of Donald Trump.
As Lincoln said when he was asked to fire General Grant, “I cannot spare this man, he fights”
If T can do that then he needs to take the next step and declare mohamedumism a cult rather than a religion. Then it will not be protected by freedom of religion.

But from what I’ve seen and heard Trump privately has very good personal manners generally with other people as others have consistently testified to.
The Left is just the opposite. They put on an outward show of “politeness” but privately, they are wolves.

I didn’t say nor did I insinuate Trump didn’t have good manners. What I said was it wouldn’t matter to me as long as he continued to get the job done.
For the longest time the Left has turned our own attempts to get along back on us and it is obvious they, like terrorists, see any attempt at peaceful coexistence as a sign of weakness and a reason to attack.
Personally I’d like to see Trump rip the gloves off and reveal to the citizens everything we know about those like Brennan, Comey, Biden and the rest of the scumbags. That includes any Republicans involved no matter how far removed they may be.
Nor am I.
What I said was it wouldn’t matter to me as long as he continued to get the job done.

I love it and Trump NEEDS to rip the gloves off and from what I've seen, he does rip the gloves off.
But as I've said, fighting to win and having good manners personally and privately are not mutually exclusive. When the Right and America stops caring about being personally polite and courteous, as I understand Trump to be, that will not be a good day for America.

Nope. Substance AND form. Winning (publicly especially) AND manners (privately mainly).
As I’ve said repeatedly, the two are NOT mutually exclusive.
I’ve always felt like, if we turn mean like the bad guys, what do we stand for?
Trump is a perfect example. He’s a winner, he smacks the bad guys to defend himself, and yet privately and personally, Trump is a nice guy that others consistently testify to.
Again, for America to be great, America must be good (not like the Left says, but in truth). And America defends herself with lethal force if and when necessary.
Let’s not confuse the Delusional Lying Left’s lying definition of things with the truth of things. Winning is important. But as our Founders said, manners are also important (again, true manners, not the lying hypocritical phony way the Left displays).
Otherwise IMO, America doesn’t stand for much. We’re just like everybody else.
Pres. Trump has always shown the utmost respect for the NYPD. He has class that you cant fake.
Unlike the Delusional Hypocritical Left, Trump and true American patriots do the right thing in private.
The Delusional Hypocritical Left makes a phony public show but are miserable behind the scenes. Hitlary is a good example. Those that were assigned to her felt like it was a demotion because she was so miserable to be around and work for.
