Report: Democrats Have the Votes to Impeach President Trump
Breitbart ^ | 16 December 2019 | Matthew Boyle

Posted on 12/16/2019 4:32:35 PM PST by Magnatron

House Democrats now have the votes to impeach President Donald J. Trump on Wednesday, the Wall Street Journal reported late Monday.

The Wall Street Journal‘s Siobhan Hughes, Lindsay Wise, and Natalie Andrews wrote Monday evening:

By Monday afternoon, at least 18 from the 31 Democratic-held districts that Mr. Trump won in the 2016 presidential race had announced they would support the abuse-of-power and obstruction of Congress charges, according to a Wall Street Journal survey, with two saying they are opposed.

In other words, given the recent surge over the weekend into early this week of announcements of support for Articles of Impeachment from a number of vulnerable House Democrats who had been holding out until now, the Democrats have crossed the threshold necessary to impeach the president–barring any unforeseen surprises.

Yup, this one is going the full distance, regardless of the damage it does to the country

This is simply to cover for the lawless criminality of the Obama era and the coup to remove the President to protect the guilty

Notice that the bogus impeachment charges closely parallel any crimes committed by Democrats like Biden, Schiff, Pelosi, Kerry and/ or family members regarding bribery, quid pro quo and money laundering via fraudulent wire transfers in the Ukraine

Alinskiny 101 - always accuse your opponents of the crimes you are committing and are being investigated for

The only silver lining in the brown clouds of this sh&t storm is that absolutely nobody on either side with an IQ above refrigerator temperature actually believes for a second that President Trump is actually guilty of any wrongdoing

Its all about removing Trump to prevent the President from draining the proverbial Washington corruption in The Swamp and reversing the willfully engineered decline and fundamental change of the United States rammed through by President Obama and the Democrats

Its all about Democrats regaining power to complete their destruction of America as we know it

A freshman representative has no power. They are barely paid enough to maintain two residences (one in DC and one in their home district). As freshman they get little in the way of spiff. The only thing between them getting re-elected and being a one term Representative is the DNC. Their main role in Congress is to provide a body to be counted in the Democrat column.

The odds are against any first term Representative getting a chapter in the next volume of PROFILE IN COURAGE is close to zero.

The only way a Democrat votes against impeachment is if Pelosy gives the okay, otherwise they will do as they are told.

Remember members of the house do not represent the voters, they represent the lobbyist that pay them.

Oh, please. There is nothing about this silly charade that isn't already known to anyone who wants to find out about it.

As it turns out, the House was going to impeach Trump come hell or high water. Nancy Pelosi admitted as much a few days ago when she publicly stated that the process has been going on for two and a half years.

“”Did anyone believe otherwise?””

Yes, they did - several here just yesterday said it wasn’t going to happen. Just whistling through the graveyard, I guess.

The democrats never tire of making fools of themselves so THAT alone guaranteed their votes to impeach!!

Love Nunes memo to shifty to “repent” or forever be known as an idiot!! Or some such words. They were beautiful regardless! Bless Nunes!! I think he even OFFERED to help him. I would too - right off a pier!

Well unfortunately you have to see it from their point of view.

It's either vote for impeachment and hope left-wing money will support you, or vote against it, piss off the left-wing activists and try to appease GOP voters who weren't going to vote for you anyway.

They will turn cowards. When the vote is taken, Democrats will loose by 1 vote.

They will use the impeachment vote in the House for cover for their massive cheating. We have done nothing to stop it. 2016 will pale in comparison.

I’m so glad that these younger Democrat politicians are willing to sacrifice their futures to try and help the old Democrat leaders cover up their crimes.

___________________________________________________________

I’m not certain the younger Democrats, (the infamous 31) will lose their seats by voting to Impeach.

IIRC, several of those Trump districts flipped from Republican to Democrat primarily due to the votes of “white, college educated, suburban females.” If my memory is correct, I can’t see those “wimmin” changing their narrow minds about President Trump and his “offensive tweets,” - harsh language, crude manner etc. - despite the fabulous economy, can you?

Trump has enough voters to make them pay for it.

“”They are barely paid enough to maintain two residences (one in DC and one in their home district).””

Oh! Please! At nearly $175,000 per annum....don’t believe for a second that they are honest on their taxes so taxes aren’t going to take much of a chunk out of that. They are no doubt guaranteed no second look at their tax returns so anything goes as far as those are concerned. Anyone with an ounce of sense isn’t going to be in DC a few days a week every year and obligate themselves with high rents. Who says they have to live in DC? OH! My! There’s transportation to consider then. Poor babies!

As I remarked on a thread yesterday my husband and I never had income (profit) like that to report and we owned our own business. I would bet we are not the only ones to have managed on much less!

Covering up crimes is not a political matter.

Covering up crimes is a criminal matter.

And why shouldn’t they? After all the work they did to steal so many seats by using vote fraud. California topped the list.
