On Thursday’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano said he believes President Donald Trump will testify in his impeachment trial in the Senate.
Anchor Bill Hemmer asked, “If you go to a Senate trial, who testifies on behalf of the president?”

We should all give Napolitano a break. I don’t think people truly understand just how hard it is to form coherent ideas when your head is permanently stuck up your whatsit.

President Clinton never testified under oath in front of the Senate - not that it mattered. He was guilty as sin and was acquitted anyway.
President Trump committed no crime, he doesn’t have to testify and he isn’t required to prove a negative.
