Never going to happen. I know I am going out on a limb but no lawyer would let him testify, they could twist whatever he said a hundred ways to Sunday.

I suspect there will be a motion to dismiss certain charges such as the obstruction of Congress charge. Only the courts can determine if the President's claim of executive privilege is appropriate.

There is no evidence of bribery so that will be dismissed. I suspect he will face obstruction charges related to the Russia hoax and witness tampering for his tweet.

I hope he forces a special session of Congress over Christmas to end this charade by mid January.

Careful, Napolitano doesn’t really think will happen in the way he says.

What he’s doing is trying to manipulate Trump.

He thinks Trump will see the mention of 2oo million and won’t be able to resist the temptation.

What Nap is missing though, is huge.
