They don’t need anything on you to set a perjury trap. Only a fool takes the stand in his own behalf. Proving your innocence is like proving a negative. No matter what is said, someone can furnish opposing testimony which leads to “he said, he said”.
Careful, Napolitano doesn’t really think will happen in the way he says.
What he’s doing is trying to manipulate Trump.
He thinks Trump will see the mention of 2oo million and won’t be able to resist the temptation.

The my pillow guy - obnoxious? I don’t see it.
I spent 35 years dealing with obnoxious salespeople. Over time I earned enough cred to not have to see them if I didn’t want to.
However, if they called for an appointment and had something that I might remotely be interested in, I would agree to meet with them.
Whenever they showed up at my office on a cold call without an appointment I refused to see them...well, most of them. If one showed up that might have something I was looking for, I would see him or her.
Mike Lindell is obnoxious. He shows up uninvited in my living room and now I refuse to see him. I like my pillows. I like my sheets, I like my mattress cover. And I paid a lot less for them than I would have to pay to My Pillow.
His voice, cheesy mustache and flailing arms have become intolerable to me. And he’s on 2 or 3 times an hour, especially in the evening.
No thanks. I’m not buying.
I mute all commercials and even avert my eyes most of the time.
So, do consider the my pillow commercials obnoxious - along with nearly all the other ads. I actually like some of the Geico commercials
I just don’t consider him obnoxious as a person. I guess we all have our pet peeves. There are other ads that bother me a lot more. The medical ones are horrible - there is this one drug ad with a guy doing this stupid goofy dance the whole time - drives me up the wall.
There is no way he will testify under oath.
I agree that because he is innocent, he is unafraid of answering questions and sparring with adversaries. He sees it as a fun challenge and the lawyers have a hard time talking him out of it.
But testifying under oath is different - it would be seen as an act of submission and hurt him politically. I think for that reason he will say, no way, much to his lawyers relief.
Nappy is so excited. He giggled so much, he shit himself.
