Former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama have purchased a nearly 7,000-square-foot home on Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts for $11.75 million, according to a report.
The purchase price was recorded Wednesday with the local Registry of Deeds, the Vineyard Gazette reported.
The Obamas paid about half the original asking price for the property

Okay this disproves the rising oceans theory as this is not the first property that the Obamas have purchased seaside.
Rumor has it the BHO’s are heavily invested in a seaside resort off the coast of Tanzania around the Darfur region. Another Rumor Has It that the Klintoon’s are also heavily invested in that same area.
The source of these rumors are out of Tanzania and not some internet basement dwelling keyboard Commando.

Conservatives have always been considered the ‘bumper guards’. We keep the ‘vehicle’ on the road, preventing it from going over the cliff. We don’t control the breaks on the “Highway to Hell”, wish we did. We’re reliable, steadfast, and trustworthy. We don’t riot or ‘scorch’ because that is a waste of energy and resources. We are expected to clean up the mess the “Progressives” leave behind. What happens when they, as they always do, torch this place and we DON’T?

The original owners agreed to a 50% price reduction on a one of a kind property in a very desirable seaside location? I highly doubt it. More like ill gotten cash exchanged hands to defraud the taxing authorities and skew market values for taxation moving forward. All from the leader of the “people need to pay their fair share” party.
