Former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. has 154 endorsements from current or former black or Hispanic elected officials. Senator Kamala Harris has 93. Senator Bernie Sanders has 91. Senator Cory Booker has 50. Senator Elizabeth Warren has 43.
Mayor Pete Buttigieg has six.
The South Bend, Ind., mayor has surged to first place in some Iowa polls and has built a big-money fund-raising operation that is the strongest in the Democratic presidential field.

They don’t like pillow biters.
If Buttigieg is the Democrat nominee, black men wont vote for him and he will never carry his home state!
Two firsts.
That could all change when they get a load of that hip-happening new Pete dance.
Maybe, but they'll still overwhelmingly vote DEM/gay before they will GOP.
Pretty obvious why.
Blacks don’t like homosexuality and they really take umbrage with the way gays (and now transexuals) have used the civil rights movement when blacks actually had to fight for something.
“Maybe, but they’ll still overwhelmingly vote DEM/gay before they will GOP.”
I think they’ll just stay home.
30% staying home or voting GOP is more than enough.
That’s old school thinking. A lot of blacks have Walked Away. They see that Trump is doing right by them. The GOP is no longer as unpopular with them as it used to be, but their negative views on homosexuality are unchanged. This is all bad for Pete.
If Jes Smellit was the nominee it would be a different story.
They interviewed homosexual and Black intellectuals, who said the usual sorts of things one expects of intellectuals who appear on NPR.
But the piece ended with a brief comment from a Black preacher from some church, probably in Washington DC, which is NPR's geographical home. His comment ended with this sentence: "anyone who thinks we're going to support a bunch of f*****ts, is a fool." He strongly emphasized the f-word as he said it, in a most politically incorrect manner.
After his comment was broadcast (as he said it, without the asterisks, I hasten to add), the "reporter" who made the piece immediately closed it out and signed off, without any further comment.
...but they voted for Obama...
I think Buttigieg has been getting his research here:
blackpeopleloveus.com
Most dem voting base are a coalition of specific based interest groups. They vote under the democrat umbrella but they dont necessarily are lock step with every major issue. Blacks in general dont like homos. Many homos are racists (Ive seen it in my work place) lots of Hispanic Americans are not down for open borders...etc
He is queer...... that's all
Read my lips...Mayor, Pete (Gleeful Pajama Boy) Buttigieg is going nowhere!!! There is nothing more to say. the first Democrat POTUS debates drew 13.5M TV viewers...this latest debate drew on 6.5M TV viewers....the next debate will be even less of a TV audience. Why? Simple the Democrat Party does not possess, even one person suited to rum for POTUS and, the overwhelming majority of the American people know it.
The Democrat Party is dying as an effective political machine, caused by its own internal actions of political party destruction. You can thank, Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, Schumer, Clinton, Obama, etc. for the oncoming political death of the current Democrat Party!!!
Believe or not...the only viable person, possible is Congresswoman, Tulsi Gabbard...and, if she had any street smarts, common sense, she would switch parties and become a Republican tomorrow!!!
Did ya take note that deadbeat Matt Drudge failed to post his always present...”Who won the Democrat Candidate Debate tonight?” on-line poll. Why? Because he knew that Tulsi Gabbard would runaway with it once again!!! Drudge has gone downhill mighty fast!!!
Even if he overcomes that hurdle, Buttigieg will never win IN.
Not with Pence on the GOP ticket.
Don’t bother clicking the link. The article ignores the elephant in the room; blacks and hispanics do not like flamin’ homos.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
There is a reason for that, and it involves the treatment of male slaves over 100 years ago in the South by homosexual slave masters and homosexual plantation owners.
Most of what we consume on TV is politically correct, which reveals the sexual predation of black female slaves, but its politically incorrect for the same lefty media culture to reveal the plight of male victims of plantation slavery.
You bet that black folks have the hate on for queer men, and for good historical reasons not yet published or “shared” by Hollywood and HBO TV when they publish films about the history of Black Slavery in the US.
I have heard black folks stories about the demonic activities perpetrated on Black male slaves by homosexual slave masters and plantation owners. Some black men were sodomized to death, others kept pliable from an early age to be the continually sodomized receptacle for these sick homosexuals who were slave owners, or in charge of them. The Black community does not easily forget.
None of this is politically correct. But we have to understand the reasons that the Black community will never vote for Boot-edge-edge.Can’t say as I blame them much.
This is compounded by the public statements of Boot-edge-edge that he intends to change the present law requiring those who are infected with HIV to inform their sexual; partners of this fact before engaging in intimate relations. The Boot apparently believes its ok to transmit HIV to partners without them knowing the risk beforehand. The Black Community understand s this position in the context of the history of black slave owners who were homosexuals in the past, and it makes the Boot fit the old mold very closely.
The majority of the Black community would vote for President Trump if Boot-edge-edge were selected as the Dem nominee.
