The American Civil Liberties Union celebrated International Men’s Day by proclaiming its support for “men who get their periods” and men “who get pregnant and give birth.”

The iconic civil-liberties organization used the awareness event, which takes place annually on Nov. 19, to wade into transgender issues and the redefinition of what a “man” is.

“Men who get their periods are men,” ACLU’s official Twitter account told over 1.7 million followers Tuesday. “Men who get pregnant and give birth are men. Trans and non-binary men belong. #InternationalMensDay”

The Supreme Court established the precedent of defining sex strictly on the basis of biological sex in Minor v. Happerset imo. The states later amended this precedent to the Constitution as 19th Amendment, voting rights the only context that the feds can address sex-related civil rights protections imo.

  The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

  Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."

In other words, probably most of the post-17th Amendment ratification, politically correct, Democratic vote-winning Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its associated titles were wrongly established outside the framework of the Constitution imo.
