Planet Earth continued to sweat in unrelenting heat last month making October 2019 the second-hottest October recorded, just behind 2015.

Why is Oct 2019 the second hottest October since 2015?

If the earth is warming, shouldn't it be the hottest Oct. since 2018?

Did the temperatures not rise or did they drop in 2016, 2017, and 2018?

Acknowledging that I’m not the brightest bulb, I’d like the wiser-than-thou climatologists to ‘splain to me what the right temperature should be, and why.

Until then, periodic records +/- of a hundred or so years worth of data seem informational at best.

We’ve already had a 20 degree day deep into Georgia this year, the ice was expanding around here.

The same question I always ask when this voodoo science comes back to the forefront: What happened to the last ice age when there were no people or capitalism to blame for the melt? Could it possibly be that the climate controls itself and works in cycles????????

Strange, only heat related extremes make the list???? Given the short time we have been keeping records one could expect to find hundreds of heat related records every day on planet earth...after all there are 365 days. One thing that is as sure as death and taxes; no matter how hot or cold the planet is in any given year, at the end of the year it will be considered one the warmest on record.

I’m thinking that the folks in the Northwest, primarily Montana, with below zero temps in October, will disagree!

That’s hard to believe. We’ve had all time record breaking cold temperatures in TX this fall and the summer was way cooler than it has been for years. Does no one remember the planting season had to be delayed due to cold weather? Did they somehow miss the early snows this year and the huge freeze that blasted across the nation recently?

On record is the code words. I love how they put things like facts don’t count before they started keeping records.

50,000 years ago everything north of Pittsburgh was under a mile of ice.

50,000 years from now everything north of Pittsburgh will be under a mile of ice.

Well it’s pretty cold here in Connecticut.

Just in case November is the hottest November, they’re lying.

Generally speaking the entire year of 2019 has been below normal in temperatures in Minnesota.

October was much below normal temperatures, and November has been very cold too - more like late December.

These people are crazy. They know what their desired outcome is, so they select the areas to measure which happened to be warmer than usual and ignore the colder spots.
