Please Mr President...allow the US membership in the International Postal Union lapse on October 17th.

This will put a crimp in Chicom distribution of Fentanyl in the US.

Trying to communicate with stodgy Republicans stuck in the 1960’s is a hard task.

“People in the rust belt believed Trump and his pro American tariff policies he ran on. He has not come through. Blue collar voters PAY ATTENTION.”

LOL

He is doing just fine, there are many factors he must balance but he has been applying tariffs and they have been working.

I doubt China will actually agree to play fair so I expect to see even more tariffs in the future until they collapse.

You sound desperate.

Trump already dealt with that, the US will set its own international rates and stay in the IPU.

The ChiComs and the rest of the postal cheats are being cut off.

that’s right, it’s about 1% of our GDP. And that one percent feeds over 300 Million people and a good portion of the world. Otoh, steel and aluminum workers account for about 300,000 workers, or 0.2% of the workforce. So pick your poison :)

But you’re not seeing the symbiosis - farmers need equipment that rust belt steel and aluminum workers produce. Want more rust belt jobs? Shake a farmer’s hand and sell more John Deere’s.

Right, toss Nappy in the trunk. I can tolerate Juan because we all know what he is and it’s his job to present that point of view.

Lets see what the deal is. As far as I can read we still have numerous tariffs on. We traded some tariffs for some buying. And some China rule changing. Is it great. I don’t think so. But it lets the Chinese know that deals can get done. And Trump does need to show he can do something other than just upset every apple cart he meets. Americans start believing the press if he does not appear to be moving forward. We have peace. We have prosperity. And America still wants proof that Trump can lead. Its like Jesus and Thomas. As a country our conviction is paper thin.
