So if an habitual user does NOT check the 'yes' box on a 4473 (which should be illegal itself) and instead checks the "no" box are they subject to a perjury charge.

We’ll see who supports the Second Amendment vs who supports the BATF and the Brady Bunch.

My prediction is that President Trump will get federal laws against marijuana removed during his second term.
It just doesn’t work if states legalize this stuff and the feds don’t. People who oppose tyranny should recognize that the federal laws are not helping anyone.

Furthermore, possession of a “medical Marijuana card” in those states that issue them, is de facto evidence of being a habitual controlled substance user.

What is the ATF position on users of CBD oil, that contains little or no THC?
Pretty soon aspirin use will be a reason to deny gun ownership to someone, if things continue on this trajectory.

Then, in 2018, Vermont legalized recreational marijuana use and imposed a universal background check on gun-purchasers. Smoking dope makes you stupid and then you vote demoKKKrat. And Vermont is what you get.

Yours is an interesting post. Some years ago, the Supreme Court held that checking “yes” on the 4473, was tantamount to a violation of the right against self-incrimination, and therefore unconstitutional.
It will be interesting to see where this goes.

I guess they should mandate a wizz test for gun buyers.

So by sharing the medical data with the feds, they violated HIPPA Laws.
Sue the state for everything it has.
