Earlier this year, left-wing filmmaker Michael Moore begged Michelle Obama to run for president in 2020; apparently, he is not alone.
Washington insiders report that Democratic Party officials are also urging the former first lady to enter the race. They see Joe Biden’s campaign in free-fall, with polling and donations dropping, and they are panicked that Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren grows more inevitable by the day. Warren, they think, is way too liberal to win a national election. (They are correct.)
Hence, the overtures to Mrs. Obama, the most admired woman in the country, according to Gallup polls. And not only in the U.S.; according to a YouGov survey, Michelle is the most admired woman in the world. Admittedly, for that honor, she displaced actress Angelina Jolie, whom most would not consider presidential material, but even so…

Those polls are as phony as the ones who said Hillary was the most admired in the world before she ran.
That was my first reaction. If the nomination is so wide open that Big Mike gets involved I don’t think Hillary would stand aside. I’d pay money to watch those two debate each other.
Mooch might be admired but Hillary is still the smartest woman in the world.
It’s going to be Trump vs Hellary in 2020. Bet on it.
What we are seeing here is the impact of Warren’s rejection of Wall Street on the “Democratic insiders”.
They want a President they can control.
They finance people who own the big media companies, so they can control the mass media narrative.
This is a shot across the bow to Warren—play or you pay.
If her press coverage gets very positive, then you know she has made a secret agreement to take their money and support them (regardless of what she tells her zombie “supporters”).
I think the idea is for Michelle to be a figurehead for a third and fourth term for Barry and his crew.

I see an angry woman with a perpetual scowl on her face who has sneering disdain for an America who has brought her and her family nothing but riches and privilege.
Then again, I've never watched Oprah or any of those other "bored housewife" daytime TV programs so perhaps I am misinformed.

Exactly. Why should she run? She doesn't need the job, and does not want the scrutiny that the Trump campaign would subject her to - too many things that went on during Barack's term that they prefer to keep under the radar. She has it good as a private citizen, and is making a boatload of money.

That Michelle has strong moral standing? Next to whom? She & Zero were a National Disgrace. It will takes years of upright principled lawful Presidential tenure to wash the stench from my nose. Oh wait that is going on right now. But I’m not tired of winning yet!
