Climate change skeptics have branded protesters who marched through Manhattan on Sunday as hypocrites for leaving litter strewn across the city.
New Yorkers uploaded images to social media sites showing piles of trash - included ditched paper and cardboard signs - left behind after thousands took part in the People's Climate March.
'Their love for the Earth is so real, they couldn't even use a trash can,' one critic, known as @chelsea_elisa on Twitter, wrote beneath an image of an overflowing trash can.
'Somehow this doesn't seem too green 2me,' David Kreutzer, a research fellow at the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation, wrote alongside another photo of litter on the ground.

Nothing more than expendable fodder.
They are pushing for something and it is not a perfect environment.
They want power.
I trust they will protest in China and India.
My thanks to the Daily Mail for showing the hypocrisy of the “Save the Earth” fanatics.
Their socialist allies in the city’s union will get double time and a half to work on Sunday to clean it all up.
Any serious discussion of saving the planet should start with what that person is doing individually and in their communities to save the planet. Shuts them right up.

Exactly. When us conservatives do a demo we make sure the area is clean. When these socialists do a demo they leave their trash.
I attended Trumps inauguration with my FBI agent son and about 2000 of his co-workers. There were numerous trash receptacles that were overflowing but people stacked trash neatly beside them. In several locations, people put cardboard boxes next to the full trash containers, there was not that much trash.
I went downtown the next morning and the area was pretty much cleaned up.
