You’re probably right. She’ll walk; after all no police were hurt and that’s the most important thing. Perfectly understandable for her that she’d walk into someone else’s home and the kill them. Its a police thing we wouldn’t understand.
Races were mentioned in this case to make it clear that a white cop is being tried for the murder of an innocent black man. Sadly, that IS actual news.

She never should have been a cop.
Visualize what would have happened to a civilian CCW who killed a cop under those circumstances.
Maybe she won’t walk. This just feels like straight up murder trying to masquerade as police misconduct.
I’m not blaming this one on the police because in this case the good cops are the ones who wanted this killer brought to justice.
