I suspected that also, still haven’t heard what she was doing between shift change and the shooting. I think it was a couple hours...
“Police officers receive very intensive (and expensive) training so they dont fire their weapons nilly willy whenever they are scared. “
Diversity trump’s standards.
She definitely intended to Shoot Him, She went into another mans home, confronted him with a Gun and SHOT HIM.
The Felony Breaking and Entering and Armed Robbery she committed has Nothing to do with the Murder other than adding special circumstances penalty enhancements
I do NOT believe in Special Rights for ANYONE and this is what would happen to a regular citizen without a magic blue costume.
BINGO! I mean I can understand a parking lot and mistaking a car that looks like yours, but an apartment? No matter how tired I was, I always got the right one. When I was wasted, that was another story.
To make it seem to be about race. I think maybe it's about something else.
Youre probably right. Shell walk; after all no police were hurt and thats the most important thing. Perfectly understandable for her that shed walk into someone elses home and the kill them. Its a police thing we wouldnt understand.
Races were mentioned in this case to make it clear that a white cop is being tried for the murder of an innocent black man. Sadly, that IS actual news.
She’s incompetent at best.
Seems like I heard that an awful lot of folks do internet searches on the phrase, "Yahoo News is biased garbage" (especially with the Yahoo search engine)...
If drive out to the bars armed, drink until you are shitfaced, and get back in your car drunk you are not going to make any mistakes.
You fully intended to do whatever happens.
I came out of a Walmart, used my ignition/ door key to unlock a white truck, and climbed in.
Very nearly started the ignition, too.
Then noticed the truck was way cleaner than my work truck.
Got out sheepishly just as the startled owner walked up.
“Wrong truck, mine’s over there. Heh heh.”
You didn’t read the article.
See post #31.
Drinking and driving a car around with a loaded weapon flat out states intent.
Almost did the same at the vet’s office picking up the doggie.
Identical white Camry that wasn’t locked parked by ours.
> After a long day of work *AS A COP*, you get confused, forget where you live, walk into the wrong home and start blasting away at an Intruder who is in his own home.
> Its the Whoops, Im in the Wrong Castle Doctrine.
Fixed that for you. (Yes, I know you were being sarcastic.)
She never should have been a cop.
Visualize what would have happened to a civilian CCW who killed a cop under those circumstances.
Maybe she won’t walk. This just feels like straight up murder trying to masquerade as police misconduct.
I’m not blaming this one on the police because in this case the good cops are the ones who wanted this killer brought to justice.
