Serioisly we have to have our laws set up so that liars receive the maximum punishments + more, that the innocent person would receive if found guilty.

If anyone had a smidgeon of evidence AGAINST HIM, it would have come out as they turned over every rock trying to get something to stick.
What rock must this alleged accuser(well, not alleged) who had a perfect opportunity to bring this up, yet decided to wait a year.
YES, there should be EXTREME penalties and the liars prosecuted to the fullest.
Then, once prosecuted am sure one would be able to find a lawyer to sue for everything they have and may ever have. Even if you never get a nickel, at least the phony will never be able to enrich themselves with ‘their story’

The new accusers have their role model in Blasey Ford, who was rewarded with media sympathy and a million dollars in gofundme money for her blatant lying. Why should they fear making up any story they want?

If they’re doing this, they must know something. Like, there could be another vacancy some time soon, which will be filled and tip the scales of the court to something they don’t want, no matter who is in the White House. Of course, that won’t stop them, since the Dem’s will soon take over Texas, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, and they’ll come up with a law to get rid of all the Conservative’s on SCOTUS and enlarge it, to stack it.
This is why the previous false accusers should be in jail.

Look. He was a schmucky frat boy. He treated girls and women badly. He lied to protect President Clinton from being accused of murder. I couldn’t stand him and hoped he wasn’t the pick. But when he was, I loudly hoped that even though I thought he’d be a crappy SC justice, that Trump would get his pick.
I am not surprised by this and I won’t be surprised when he votes in a way that appears he has “enhanced” motivation.
(I am surprised that Trump hires so poorly, though, because it was the one thing he was famous for doing well.)

I might have taken it seriesly, except some boy cried “wolf” and I had to rush to the rescue with a bunch of other civic-minded peasants, and it turned out to be a lie, so I had had my fill of BS for one day.

I would bet that Blasey-Ford’s father is a lot like other fathers; if any high school boy had attacked my daughter at a party he would be picking up his pecker out of the gutter, that would include his balls.
