The Supreme Court issued an unsigned order on Wednesday evening that effectively closes the United States’ southern border to nearly all Central American asylum seekers.
The decision stays a lower court decision blocking a Trump administration policy that seeks to halt nearly all asylum applications from these migrants and allow the US government to require them to seek asylum in countries they travel through. The government will now be allowed to enforce the policy while legal challenges move ahead.
The administration’s rule, issued on July 16, says that almost any foreign national who arrives at the southern border may not seek asylum if they crossed through another nation to get here. There are a few limits — a migrant can seek asylum in the United States if they complete a potentially onerous legal process in another country, for example, or if they were “severe” trafficking victims — but the practical effect of the rule is to ban most migrants from seeking asylum....

My method of border security is snipers and machine gunners along the fenceline. The bodies can be hoisted by copters and dropped on their side of the border. I guess there could be some international complaints with this approach.
Round up every illegal in sight in the US and summarily deport them.if necessary by air drop.
All employers employing illegals fined 15k per illegal for every day worked. Second offense 50 k each. Third offense, forfeiture of business and jail time.

I have a feeling that Trump’s second term is going to be phenomenal. He may even close the border and get everything else done that he wants. He will have figured out who to surround himself with. It will be awesome beyond belief. After that... I don’t know.

Actually, I really believe the debate is going to one more major step leading up to the political destruction and death of the entire Democrat Party. CNN has truly killed itself off, no one watches anymore!!! That special congressional election in NC9thCD was won by the Republicans because of two reasons and hard campaigning.
The first reason for the victory was African-Americans voted for Dan Bishop. The second reason for the GOP victory is that African-Americans stayed home and did not turn out to vote. Dan McCready spent over 11,000,000 dollars to win this seat and was running for it for over two years. He was sold as a moderate Democrat and he was 17% points ahead of Bishop three weeks before the election. Bishop beat him by a 3% victory margin, which means Bishop came back with a 20% takeover.
Can you imagine what the vote for Trump will be with these Democrat POTUS candidates, nutcase, lunatic, America haters running against TRUMP?

The only cases in which this won't apply are Mexican citizens claiming asylum (since there is no closer country). Soros will try to find some Mexicans who haven't applied yet.
