True that, however they have been taking advantage of the catch and release process. If they can’t apply for asylum then there is no reason to release them. Catch and kick ‘em out.
The only cases in which this won't apply are Mexican citizens claiming asylum (since there is no closer country). Soros will try to find some Mexicans who haven't applied yet.
