I saw John Loo on a fox program last night on one of the Fox shows saying it is illegal for them to go outside of their jurisdiction, ie cannot make a nationwide declaration that is valid.
In other words, Trump does NOT have to obey them

Rush Limbaugh had a conversation with Judge Scalia. Rush asked about debating issues with the other judges, the judge just laughed and said that they (RBG, Sotomeyer, etc.) do not debate. Their minds are made up before the evidence arrives.
