It’s soo lucky the WTC owner insured the building after then recently buying it, and that he had a doctor’s appointment that day.
And that his daughter was delayed in traffic and could not arrive at her job on time.
Oh, and that his son, TOO, was also delayed in traffic, and therefore was out of the building and was saved.
That was really lucky.
