The College of William & Mary in Virginia is proud that James Comey will teach a course on “ethical leadership” starting this fall.

Going from a powerful position of being able to take down a President by illegal investigations and false evidence to teaching a measly irrelevant course to a bunch of brats is a pretty big slapdown. Just like Hillary is waddling around LI, doing nothing. That's what hurts them the most...being meaningless.

Of course not. He released classified information for which many people are in prison today for doing the same thing, but he’s a Democrat. Trump has failed to restore the rule of law.

Lois Lerner is still laughing her ass off too.

Government employees do not need to follow the law.

Memo 4 included information that was related to both the FBI's ongoing investigation of Flynn and, by Comey’s own account. (94) Comey’s disclosure of Memo 4 provided the public with details relevant to the Flynn investigation

Obstruction of justice related to Flynn.

“there is no way to put him in jail”

Whether he broke the law or not, which he obviously did, the Comey case would be the slam-dunkest of all criminal cases - even with a D.C. jury - because everyone wants a piece of this guy; republicans and democrats - except for maybe weasels and nancy boys.

Barr is really missing his chance on this one, and I don’t believe there is another case down the road implicating this twerp.

Comey’s sanctimonious response to his non-indictment makes it all the more sickening. This clears his path to taking over the Anderson Cooper show on CNN - birds of a feather after all.

Not by the elements of obstruction - 18 USC, Chapter 73. Leaking to the public might compromise jury integrity by creating prejudice, but that is never a crime. Doing so might be against a judge's pre-trial order, if one was in place. The typical remedy for pretrial publicity is voir dire and jury instructions, sometimes by change of venue.

Of course not; welcome to ANIMAL FARM: the Banana Republic of America where there are TWO sets of “laws” and “justice”:

One for the “protected classes”, the rich, the famous, the powerful, the influential, the “deep state”;

and one for all the rest of the schmucks.

We keep hoping that today’s disappointing news is because the thing got waived for a harsher charge, which never happens.

The closing line of the report says :

“The OIG has provided this report to the FBI and to the Department of Justice Office of Professional Responsibility for action they deem appropriate.”

It does leave it in Barr’s hands. He could choose to prosecute or punish.

Yes, shows once again that we Comey, Hillary, and the other members of the elites do not have to follow the laws. If the rest of us broke them, we would received harsh sentences. Among others, this promotes a disrespect and contempt for the law.

So much for all the talking heads predicting what a humiliating embarrassment this report would be for Comey🙄

A lot of what the DOJ and the various investigations seem to really do is contain President Trump rather than bring the coup plotters to justice.

The OIG could have reported criminal referrals, but they didn't.
