“there is no way to put him in jail”

Whether he broke the law or not, which he obviously did, the Comey case would be the slam-dunkest of all criminal cases - even with a D.C. jury - because everyone wants a piece of this guy; republicans and democrats - except for maybe weasels and nancy boys.

Barr is really missing his chance on this one, and I don’t believe there is another case down the road implicating this twerp.

Comey’s sanctimonious response to his non-indictment makes it all the more sickening. This clears his path to taking over the Anderson Cooper show on CNN - birds of a feather after all.

Where in the report does it mention that he broke the law?

And before you say that he broke the law when he divulged classified information, remember that only certain classified information is grounds for criminal action.

I don’t think Comey will do so well in the matter of FISA warrants.
