Did the lawyers also request a nice braided rope?

Attorneys don’t get to make those decisions.

Defense attorneys were working “extreme OT.”

They are tired from writing the procedures for US Federal agencies.

In the George Zimmerman case, they invented a new term: “White Hispanic.”

I see four networks today used the made up term “extreme OT.”

Be very wary. Lie Machine is revved up.

(SATIRE)....I think I’ve figured it out, how Epstein could have ‘strangled himself’ on a flat cement floor.
Maybe he was trying to pull a loose tooth using the old Three Stooges method of tying a string from tooth to a doorknob.

“One thing lead to another’ and before you could say:
Ala-Kazaam-ClintonConspiracies...the string got wound up around his neck some 63 times. He was tied up like a spinning top. And after all that, he never was able to pull that tooth out! Just think of an elaborate Rube-Goldberg method of making things happen, and there you are.
Case Closed!

Yeah, this is the first report I’ve seen that says “hanging by the neck.”

All previous reports of this incident said he was “found unresponsive.”

In the July 23 attempt, he was “in the fetal position on the floor” with “marks on his neck” and his cellmate, ex-cop Nicholas Tartaglione, was questioned & denied assaulting him.

Hi, I'm retired Democrat US Senator from Maine, George Mitchell. I was a VERY senior US politician and for a time I Chaired the Walt Disney Corporation.

I need you to know had I sex with the sex slave of Jeffrey Epstein, Ms. Virginia Giuffre:

Sorry about that, heh-heh..!

Some involved in this imbroglio already had bad reputations but that was not like me --I bent Heaven and earth to represent myself not just as having average ethics, which is false, but exhalted ones, and that's also false, of course.

Anyway, just one of your pols checking in with you commoners, okay..?

So lawyers are doctors now, and can make these types of decisions?

Was the person who authorized his removal from suicide watch, the same one who signed one of the FISA warrants too? Maybe like Rod Rosenstein, this person didn't read everything they sign.

That's sarcasm for those who don't know.

Epstein will disappear from the news in due time. It won’t be overnight, but gradually as the drive-by’s move on to other events.

Already the autopsy results have been delayed indefinitely as “more information” is allegedly needed. Can we expect months to go by before anything further is said? Probably.

I can’t believe what we are witnessing here, but given the context, maybe not so incredible. Par for the course.

Even if this were true, it doesn’t really mean much. Makes it sound like lawyers are interested in justice.

I can name a few other lawyers:

James Comey
Rod Rosenstein
Hillary Clinton
Bill Clinton
Lanny Davis

Need I continue?

Agree with you, but I would add the caveat that we really don't know the circumstances of the so-called first attempt. I have seen rumors to the effect that Epstein denied he was attempting suicide and that he had been attacked. We do know that the prison psychologist had interviewed him repeatedly and approved the move off of a suicide watch, which was approved by the warden.

I agree that it should never have been done given the high profile nature of the prisoner regardless of whether he was suicidal or not. He should have been given the highest surveillance based on the who he was and what was involved. Forget about suicide watch, which is really a distraction.

At his attorney’s request?

Would they release him at his attorney’s request?

I fail to see the relevance of anything the attorney requests.

If so— hence the need for these attorneys to have, over the last 24 hours HIRED their own defence attorneys. Seriously. Why would they do that? Other than full disclosure of WHO hired Epstein’s attorneys.

The warden can override the psych. It’s also a security issue, as I indicated, independent of the psych analysis. When you have a prisoner like him, you err on the side of caution. This is not a typical situation. Lastly the predictable outcome proves they were wrong.

Well, doubtless from one of the many ceiling hooks installed in cells for that purpose /s

I have no idea what happened but “found hanging” is a different thing than hanging being proven to be the cause of death. Maybe we will find out, but something like a drug that would cause a heart attack but allow enough time to slip ones boxers over ones head and hook to something would be a possibility, I can imagine.

Or maybe he just happened to time his attempt perfectly during the time the guards supposedly failed to check on him and had the means and time to hang himself well enough to cause death...somehow.

“The prison psychologist had to approve along with the warden to take him off of suicide watch.”

Consider the source, but Judge Nappy said that taking him off suicide watch had to have been approved by someone in DOJ, and should have been approved by the appointed prosecutors to the case.
