It’s a little surprising that they would make a movie where the liberal elites are the villains, and the conservatives are the victims. I was also surprised in watching Sweet Home Alabama, with Reese Witherspoon, that the conservatives, (especially the father of Reese’ character) were depicted positively, and the prospective mother-in-law, who was a liberal elite, was a complete jerk. It makes me think there may still be a few ‘closet’ conservative producers left in Hollywood.
I hope Universal’s stock sinks like a Boeing 737.
