George Washington would have done the exact same thing and probably stripped any rank.
What’s not to love about the president!?
Winning!!! It makes a voter proud.
Butt-hurt lawyers — Winning!
In a related story, “The Code” about a bunch of Marine shyster lawyers portrayed by some Hollywood actors has also been cancelled. WINNING!
More winning.
That is really petty, no officer is going to sweat a missing NAM from their service record ...but damn does it ever send a message and it will make the right people howl and claim undue command influence or some equally ridiculous transgression.
You won’t have to talk to many servicemen before you find someone who was passed over or denied a medal because of politics, or given a lower precedence medal based purely on politics... or had to stand at attention while someone everyone knew was undeserving got an award for the same.
Ditto - I love this President !!!
He should not have done this publicly but privately. As a veteran myself enlisted and officer ranks are there to do a job. If he wanted this done call the CO of the lawyers. Completely uncalled for to attempt humiliation for enlisted people.
It wasn’t petty. The CIC was completely PISSED OFF.
DJT did the right thing. He should have pulled their rank as well. Now, I wish he would completely pardon the two border guards, Compean and Ramos, re-instate them and give them full back pay.
It is well past time to begin to reverse the injustice the left has given us for far too long.
Navy Achievement Medal
Is that just above a participation ribbon?
What the hell are you talking about? These were military lawyers!
JAGS are officers.........
Chief petty officer.
I dont care if they were cooks. They wear the uniform and are given cases to prosecute. As such they serve this country to do their jobs even as much as we may dislike lawyers.
