Heh!
I want to hear the scumbag that killed this Bald Eagle has been arrested.
If anybody has any information please contact the PA Game Comm.
I understand they are no longer endangered, though it may still be illegal to shoot them.
Reminds me of this oldie:
A game warden is walking down the beach and comes across a guy cooking up a seagull. The game warden explains that he’s gonna have to ticket him.
The man pleads that he is destitute and was starving, and saw the bird, with a lame foot, and knew it would not survive. So he killed it and cooked it up and will never do it again.
The game warden had compassion for the guy and just gave him a verbal warning to never do it again. As he walked away, his curiosity got the best of him. He turned and said, “I’ve always wondered - what does seagull taste like?”
The man thought for a moment and then said, “It’s kind of a cross between spotted owl and bald eagle.”
Dont know but turn that witch demonratcommiescumbagterrorist in !

It is also the 'national bird' of these countries:
The eagle serves as the national symbol for multiple countries around the globe in one capacity or another.
United States Albania Austria Mexico Montenegro Phillipines Poland Romania Russia Serbia Indonesia Iraqi Kurdistan Khazakstan Sri Lanka
Someone made a good one out of a bad one? What a shame.

The bald eagle is an opportunistic & which subsists mainly on fish, which it swoops down and snatches from the water with its talons. It builds the largest nest of any North American bird and the largest tree nests ever recorded for any animal species, up to 4 m (13 ft) deep, 2.5 m (8.2 ft) wide, and 1 metric ton (1.1 short tons) in weight. Sexual maturity is attained at the age of four to five years.
Bald eagles are not actually bald; the name derives from an older meaning of the word, "white headed". The adult is mainly brown with a white head and tail. The sexes are identical in plumage, but females are about 25 percent larger than males. The beak is large and hooked. The plumage of the immature is brown.
The bald eagle is both the national bird and national animal of the United States of America. The bald eagle appears on its seal. In the late 20th century it was on the brink of extirpation in the contiguous United States. Populations have since recovered and the species was removed from the U.S. government's list of endangered species on July 12, 1995 and transferred to the list of threatened species. It was removed from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife in the Lower 48 States on June 28, 2007.
We should not eliminate the idea so rapidly... It's glaringly obvious that these turkeys will do unto us, given the chance.
Heck, I think it may be illegal to just pick up one of their feathers.
Many bald eagles where I live, nesting beside lakes and rivers. Beautiful majestic birds that make my heart swell with joy to see them in flight. I never kill for sport, and would never kill a bald eagle for any reason. If I kill one by accident though, I WILL eat the evidence.
Beautiful plumage.
