Robert Mueller, in his current state, should not have been allowed to supervise the Russia collusion investigation. But the greater question is, how long has Robert Mueller been like this?
The regulation on the appointment of a Special Counsel.......regulation further provides that the Special Counsels responsibilities shall take first precedence in their professional lives, and that it may be necessary to devote their full time to the investigation, depending on its complexity and the stage of the investigation.
On July 24, 2019, Democrats staged vivid and irrefutable proof that the appointment of Robert Mueller came to violate these principles. Watching even a few minutes of the hearing testimony, it swiftly became apparent that the stammering and confused Robert Mueller lacked even a basic understanding of the underlying facts of the Russia collusion investigation.
How, for example, could anyone following the story not be familiar with Fusion GPS? It was clear that Mueller didnt write the report as he seemed to read for the first time excerpts cited by interrogators. He didnt know what was and was not in the report. He didnt write his letter to AG Barr complaining about Barrs summary of the underlying conclusions. He didnt write his script in the May 2019 press conference. Mueller cant keep his story straight about whether he would have indicted the president but for the Justice Department Policy prohibiting the indictment of a sitting president. He didnt even know that one of his top attorneys who headed up the Papadopoulos investigation (Jeannie Rhee) actually represented Hillary Clinton in litigation over emails.
So Ill ask this again: How long has he been like this?
Did Muellers mental acuity recently fail or was it evident at the point then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed him?

There will be a lot of public support for an investigation into Mueller’s special council.
Sad?? It was a great day. I have no sympathy for Mueller. Look at the lives he has ruined.
If it’s Alzheimer’s...they can go downhill pretty fast...even just a year or two. I know...my husband is afflicted with this horrible disease.
Bingo! Esp. about those with high IQ’s.
People with dementia do this. Perfectly lucid one moment; totally barmy the next.
Fugue state.
Yeah. The only problem with the scenario is that Barr will not stand for it. He is not Jello Sessions.
I think you are right on that....
I think you hit it right on the head. Hes playing the senile old dithering fool because he knows the hammer is about to drop on the corruption and he can walk away as Mr Integrity who just was caught up in all of the shenanigans and Barr will let him walk away unscathed
“It was a total act. Odd how he knew where he was, why he was there, what was required of him, the time, who was speaking to him (despite the squirrely huh, where?!?) and when to run down the clock.
That performance just won him a get out of jail card when this whole thing blows up.”
ding, ding, we have a winner!
Haha... Nice catch.
When what you watched was taped?
I know for a FACT, that he has not made any public interviews since he was appointed.
and it was YOU, not me, that stated: “It is, evidently, recent...”
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3766707/posts?page=2#2
and it is indeed a FACT, that you later admitted that you “have no idea when they were taped”, so it was indeed NOT evidently recent, because you have presented absolutely NO evidence showing so!
Yeah, yeah...Whatever you say, hoss...This is really ridiculous discussion...You win...
There was nothing wrong with Mueller, he was just play acting in order to change the topic of conversation, from the content of the day to his behavior.
And it worked.
You have been Alinsky-ed.
My thought also. He knew that when a Dem asked he should answer and suddenly be confused at almost every Rep. question.
I’m thinking it was all an act. What better way to get out of consequences. He didn’t write that report and is now feigning dementia hoping to escape justice.
So sorry miserare... I completely understand. My husband is suffering from Parkinsons and has dementia due to it... When I watched Robert Mueller yesterday that was the first thing that came to mind.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I wondered this also. I remember reading something along these lines in the Old Testament. I believe it was King David pretending insanity to get away from his enemy. Could very well be Mueller pulled this stunt.
Mueller already looked worn out at his short press conference. The dems didn’t notice?
